Family Medicine at White City Plaza

Early submission of the modular layout for fabrication was the priority from day one, since DIRTT lead times posed the biggest scheduling risk on this project.

Because MEP rough-ins had to land in exact locations for the panels to fit, our team coordinated closely with the DIRTT installer and the design team before any pipe or conduit went in. Getting every trade aligned upfront kept the project moving without rework down the line.

We sequenced the build to prioritize mechanical rooms, bathrooms, and back-of-house areas first. Finishing those spaces early cleared the way for DIRTT installation in tight quarters, free from interference by other active trades.

Floor leveling was completed and verified before any panel installation began, which kept the project free of mid-build surprises.

The result was a fully operational family medicine clinic within the retail space at White City Plaza in Shrewsbury. This 13,000 SF build-out combined modular DIRTT systems with targeted stick-built construction, creating a clean, functional clinical environment that met the owner's program requirements.
