    Description:

    The Project Manager will deliver a high-quality, on time, on budget product by managing, coordinating, and administering all phases of a project from the bidding of a job to the awarding of the contract to job completion.

    Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree-construction management, engineering, architecture, or business preferred
    • Construction Project Management experience: 5 years (Preferred)
    • Knowledge of accounting principles relating to construction industry.
    • Strong time management and organizational skills
    • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills.
    • Procore and Microsoft Project experience is a plus.
    • Detail oriented

    Responsibilities:

    • Thoroughly review construction documents capturing scope, constructability, engineering, and cost effectiveness.
    • Engage with architects, engineers, and subcontractors daily and in project meetings.
    • Project subcontractor awards and material procurement.
    • Project document management.
    • Project CPM scheduling.
    • Project financial management (project budget, monthly financial reporting).
    • Participate in business development activities, including presentations and interviews to secure projects.
    • Create a team player environment with all parties in the project.

  • Project Superintendent

    Description:

    The Superintendent will coordinate and control all field production and safety, ensuring that assigned projects are completed in accordance with contract plans and specifications, on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the owner.

     

    Requirements:
    • 5-10 years field experience as superintendent or foreman in construction industry.

    • OSHA-30 Construction Safety and Health Certification

    • Knowledge of accounting principles relating to construction industry.

    • Strong  people and time management and organizational skills.

    • Procore and Microsoft Project experience is a plus.

    • Detail oriented

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with the PM, owner, architect, engineer, and subcontractors on the construction phase from start to finish, maintaining all aspects of the schedule.
    • Act as quality control representative to ensure proper standards of quality and productivity are maintained.
    • Act as safety representative on each job, ensuring a safe jobsite where work rules and project procedures are observed at all times.
    • Complete and submit weekly timecards as instructed by the accounting department.
    • Verify accuracy of all jobsite deliveries and receiving slips and submit weekly.
    • Document all jobsite activity with Job Daily Work Reports.
    • Acts as the Company security representative on jobsite, responsible for all Company tools and equipment.
    • Meet with Owners as needed to maintain satisfaction and ensure Company is professionally represented at all times.
    • Create a team player environment with all parties in the project.

  • Field Team Member

    Description:

    The Field Team Member will be required to perform multiple jobsite-related tasks in both a team environment as well as an individual environment, depending on the project requirements at the time. Rough and finished carpentry , general labor, drywall framing, installation and finishing, painting, miscellaneous demolition are some of the items that you will be performing.     Requirements:
    • Successful completion of vocational school or technical college or apprenticeship program OR minimum of three years of experience via on-the-job training required.
    • OSHA-10 Construction Safety and Health Certification.
    • Ability to understand directions and read blueprints.
    • Thorough understanding of carpentry principles and methods.
    • Ability to solve basic mathematical problems, as they relate to construction quickly and accurately.
    • Ability to properly care for and use tools of the trade.
    • Works well in a team player environment.
    • Current driver’s license and reliable transportation.
