Investing in Education: New Projects Across the Region

Madigan is pleased to announce three new project awards in the education sector. 

Bishop Feehan High School - Cafeteria Renovation | Attleboro, MA 

Madigan has been selected as the Construction Manager for the cafeteria renovation at Bishop Feehan High School.  This is our 3rd project in recent years at the school, following up the Art and Innovation Center and cafeteria entrance/bathroom renovation projects we’ve successfully performed.  This project will modernize the school's dining space, improving both the functionality and the overall student experience. Work will include updated finishes, equipment layouts, and mechanical systems upgrades to bring the space in line with current standards.

Worcester State University - Student Affairs Renovation | Worcester, MA 

Madigan is proud to be awarded the Student Affairs renovation at Worcester State University. This project focuses on refreshing key spaces within the Student Affairs department, creating a more welcoming and efficient environment for students, staff, and campus visitors.

Assumption University — Bathroom Renovation | Worcester, MA

Madigan has been awarded the bathroom renovation project at Assumption University's Desautels Hall. This project involves a complete gut renovation of restroom and shower facilities on three stacked floors, replacing all finishes, fixtures, tile, and shower systems to deliver fully modernized spaces that better serve the university's residential students.
