F.W. Madigan Company is proud to be leading construction on a new outdoor dining pavilion at Woodland Golf Club, a roughly 3,000 square foot addition designed to elevate the member experience through thoughtful design and high quality craftsmanship.

At the heart of the pavilion is a full service bar, anchored by a granite countertop and a custom liquor display that will serve as the central focal point of the space. The structure itself combines wood framing with structural steel, a pairing that brings warmth to the design while giving the building the long term durability members expect. Finishes like exposed aggregate concrete flooring and lapped siding round out the look, striking a balance between timeless character and refined, modern style.

Our team is also completing a full renovation of the surrounding terrace, creating a seamless outdoor environment built for dining, socializing, and everything in between.

We're excited to bring this vision from Rob Bramhall Architects to life and to deliver a space that Woodland Golf Club members will enjoy for years to come.
