Cedarbrook Village at Ware

Optimus Senior Living hired Madigan for this beautiful project, located just off Main Street in Ware, MA.  The project consisted of the ground-up construction of a senior living facility that at the time of construction was the largest project in the town in over a decade.  The facility is comprised of 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and studio living spaces, strategically centered on 3 separate dining and activity spaces, one for each of the three types of residents.

During construction, we needed to strategically sequence the project, as there was both a tight schedule, as well as site to contend with.  Taking this into account, we worked with the owner to develop a plan for the structure of the project to be pre-assembled wood wall panels.  This method of construction aided in keeping the project on-time, while also providing workers a safe space to work within, and fast tracked the project to an on time and under budget project completion.
