The Sutton, MA branch bank is one of many UniBank projects completed by Madigan. This new ground up bank branch was part of the new Market 32 plaza on Route 146. Though this project had a relatively small footprint, it included several different construction types including structural steel and metal stud framing, prefabricated metal framed trusses, a precast, brick, and glass exterior, and radiant heating for the interior bank lobby and exterior sidewalks.
Madigan worked closely with UniBank’s equipment, security and marketing vendors as well as their IT department to coordinate proper installation and operation. This coordination allowed the branch to open for business quickly after completion.
