Allcom Credit Union Renovations

Madigan renovated the 3 Story AllCom Credit Union on Park Ave in Worcester. Work included layout changes, all new finishes, teller line millwork, and structural changes to support the renovated space. We also re-paved the driveway and the parking lot. In addition to the exterior, structural, and cosmetic changes, we replaced the rooftop units and upgraded the HVAC system in the building. Once completed we assisted the credit union in filing for energy credits.
The project was phased by floor which allowed the credit union to continue operations in the building as this branch is their only branch and the corporate office. The project was completed through the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic, with strict guidelines and protocols followed. There were no Covid related issues during the construction of the work.
