Madigan has completed over 60 ship center renovation projects for FedEx. These fast-paced projects are located throughout the United States, several at airports, rail terminals, or other transportation hubs. The projects required intense coordination between the owner, subcontractors, facility managers, and any municipalities with jurisdiction.
Successful projects include the following. Madigan renovated an existing Rectrix facility at the Nantucket Memorial Airport to be a FedEx Ship Center. As part of a joint venture team, Madigan completed the renovation of a FedEx shopping center on airport grounds at Imperial County Airport in California. Madigan completed the installation of x-ray equipment, electrical renovations, and fencing for use at the Buffalo Niagara International Airport. We also permitted with FAA and local municipalities to perform renovation work to the shipping facility within the main cargo transport area of Philadelphia International Airport.
