James E. Madigan

President / CEO

Jim, is the fourth president of the F.W. Madigan Company, Inc. since its founding in 1937. He is responsible for all facets of executive administration and leadership of the company's operation and growth. In addition, he is entrusted to maintain the foundational values that the company was built on including safety, integrity, honesty and ethical business practices. Upon graduation from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Jim started his career in the field and spent several years there to gain an understanding of the challenges and opportunities that present themselves every day on jobsites. He has spent his entire career working in the family business, in several different capacities and became President/CEO in 2017. Jim gives back through participation in and support of various nonprofit and business groups. Jim is an active and longstanding participant of a peer group of similar contractors located around the country, both giving and gaining knowledge, benchmarking and best practices and leadership skills that ultimately benefit Madigan and it's clients.
